Weeds and Wildings: Chiefly with a Rose or Two

By Herman Melville

These wonderful short works in “Weeds and Wildings,” are for the first time published together in their own volume. Although Herman Melville is known for his prose, this book of his poetry, written shortly before his death, showcases the work of a genius some have called one of the three finest American poets of the 19th century. He should now take his place with Walt Whitman and Emily Dickinson.
